We report and discuss a 13-year-old female epilepsy patient who had ictal examination. She was diagnosed with simple partial seizure epilepsy and on regular anti-epileptic drugs. There were no significant symptoms after careful treatment. We conclude that analysis of the amplitude of low frequency fluctuations may provide a useful tool in the functional MRI study of epilepsy.
