AB  - Neurocysticercosis is a common cause of adult onset epilepsy. Neurocysticercosis in pregnancy can present with convulsions and may be difficult to differentiate from a pregnancy related disorder. We present a case of neurocysticercosis diagnosed by magnetic resonance imaging.
