However, its association with the syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion (SIADH) is extremely rare. We herein report an adult case of NMO with SIADH in a female Chinese patient. The patient was aquaporin-4 antibody positive, and her hypothalamic dysfunction may have been related to the development of SIADH.
