AB  - Post carotid endarterectomy seizure is a known clinical presentation in patients who suffer from hyperperfusion syndrome. This case focuses on the importance of identification of high risk patients for developing this syndrome and delaying their discharge from the hospital after successful carotid endarterectomy.
