Bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy and skin or eyelid lesions are the most common symptoms noted. Except for lacrimal gland enlargement, orbital involvement with sarcoidosis is rare and is usually unilateral when it occurs. The aim of this article is to report an isolated case of sarcoidosis that initially presented as an orbital tumor, and to document the CT and MR appearance of the lesions.
